We are a residential redevelopment company that believes in rehabilitating homes and making them more affordable for families in the Atlanta Georgia neighborhoods. We do this by helping homeowners who might have distressed properties or are no longer interested in owning their properties for various reasons.
We primarily purchase properties in Atlanta GA, other neighboring areas and across the state of Georgia.
Our procedure is quite easy. We consider the location, necessary repairs, as-is condition, and the prices of comparable properties that have recently sold in the region. As you know, properties have decreased in value over the past 5 years, and most places still haven't seen prices increase in value. However, we carefully analyze everything and arrive at a reasonable pricing that works for both parties.
Excellent question. We are not real estate agents, and we do not list houses. We purchase properties in Atlanta, Georgia, and throughout Georgia and the surrounding areas that meet our purchasing requirements. From there, we may either fix the house and resell it to another homeowner or maintain it as a rental for our company.
In most cases, the sale may be finalized in as little as 10-21 business days after we receive your signed agreement.
There are NO fees or hidden costs. The offer you agree to is what you get.
Unlike realtors or brokers, we do not charge commissions or a fee for purchases.
